We enjoyed a Wonderful Sacrament Meeting today remembering the Savior, Jesus Christ.

We are so thankful for Jesus Christ who suffered for our Sins, Weaknesses, Hard Times, Sadnesses, etc.  As He suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane He felt every pain, Suffering, Sin, Hurt, etc. that we will ever feel. As He suffered for us He suffered for us each individually by our name. He knows us, He knows our sins He knows our weaknesses He knows our sufferings!   He suffered so we would not have to suffer if we repent. He suffered a suffering that we cannot understand as he bled from every pore.  His soul deep was his suffering.

Doctrine & Covenants 19:16-19

16 For behold, I, God, have suffered these things for all, 

that they might not suffer if they would repent;

17 But if they would not repent they must suffer even as I;

18 Which suffering caused myself, even God, 

the greatest of all, to tremble because of pain, 

and to bleed at every pore, and to suffer both body and spirit—

and would that I might not drink the bitter cup, and shrink—

19 Nevertheless, glory be to the Father, 

and I partook and finished 

my preparations unto the children of men. 

We were invited to Alan & Pat Simpson's home today for Easter Dinner.  We had chicken legs, baked pumpkin and baked sweet potato, potato-chicken-vegetable-curry-dish, and for dessert individual apple pies and ice cream.  Very Yummy and so nice of them to invite us!

I love this picture of Jesus Christ appearing to Mary Magdelene.  It shows the desperate situation she felt.  And then to have Jesus appear to her would have been magnicent for her!  It is magnificent for all of us!  He has paid the price of our sins in the Garden of Gethsemane and then He gave his life on the cross for all of us.  And because of Him we will be resurrected and live forever.  And because of Him if we repent of our sins and live a worthy life we will live forever with Him and our Family and Friends Forever!💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
